At Padel, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next match. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective packaging, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
